Howto Apply Self-Adhesive Smart Glass Film onto Installed Windows

This is the new innovative way to apply the smart glass film to the
installed windows. And please remember to read the notes in the end of
the document.

1.
Tools and materials:
Scraper, glove, clean tissue, ethanol(70%-90%), SUNLIGHT glue,
Burette, Soft roll. (We can supply whole set tools for you.)

2.
Use the scraper and ethanol to clean the window.

3.
Use tape to put the smart glass film onto the window.

4.
Make sure that smart glass film is not powered on,meaning the smart
glass film is on milky white, use the soft roll to roll the smart
glass film to check the dust on the windows or on smart glass film.

5.
Turn on the smart glass film, which meaning the smart glass film is
transparent, use the soft roll to roll the smart glass film to clean
the dust.

6.
You can use tape to move the dust if necessary .

7.
Use the clear tape to seal the right side, left side and bottom side
of the smart glass film to the window.

8.
Use Burette to drop SUNLIGHT glue on the top side of the smart glass
film to make glue go into space between smart glass film and window.

9.
The SUNLIGHT glue will spread on the bottom of the smart glass film.

10.
Use soft roll to roll the smart glass film onto the windows from down
to up. Carefully not leave bubbles between the smart glass film and
the window.

Softly and slowly rolling will help to avoid the bubbles.

12.
Even push will help to well-distribute the glue and make the smart
glass film in good balance to the window.

13.
The 2/3 of the width of the soft roll is the best for the new push to
avoid bubbles.

Squeeze the bubbles right to the edges.

15.
Double check that no small bubbles left on the corner.

Clear the smart glass film with ethanol after you make sure no bubbles left.

Double roll the smart glass film make sure the smart glass film is
parallel to the windows and the glue is well-distributed.

Clean the smart glass film with ethanol again.

19.
Soldering the wire to the connecting tap on the smart glass film.

Use black tape to cover the pose (the connecting tap and the wires)

It takes sometime for the SUNLIGHT glue to solidify.

Now, Congratulations, you have done a great job. The smart glass film
is successfully installed.

Notes of Installation of the Smart Glass Film:
1.
The special SUNLIGHT Glue only require sunlight to solidify.
2.
Before the the SUNLIGHT Glue is solidified, you can re-do the
procedure to clean dust or eliminate bubbles if you find them after
installation.
3.
The solidifying may finish in several minutes in great sunlight or
takes a day in the indoor environment, So if you need long time to
install smart glass(Suppose it’s your first time), you can use a black
paper to cover the other side of the window to avoid the sunlight.
4.
In other words, if you need solidifying finish as soon as possible,
you can use UV light to fasten the solidifying.
